Not surprising given the strong association of IDH1 mutations and grade II/III gliomas with cluster B of Fig. 1, the supervised histopathology-based analysis again identified ErbB3, ErbB4 and TrkB (the product of NTRK2) as potentially targetable proteins in grade II/III gliomas (Fig. 3c). The gene discussed is ERBB4; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
