These findings recapitulate previous findings by us and others demonstrating that CALR exposure by neoplastic cells is associated with increased tumor infiltration by myeloid cells and effector memory CD8+ T cells in patients with NSCLC [12], increased frequency of T cells in TME of colorectal carcinoma [10] and increased proportion of LAA-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in patients with AML [13]. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and acute myeloid leukemia.
