IL10 and allergic asthma: Notably, a single dose of bone marrow‐derived MSCs, but not adipose tissue‐derived MSCs, increased IL‐10 levels in lung tissue in experimental allergic asthma,4, 5 which suggests that the multiple‐dose regimen of adipose tissue‐derived MSCs suppressed Th2 and eosinophilic responses by an IL‐10‐independent mechanism.
