TPD7 (N‐[40‐Acetyl‐30,5,6‐trimethoxybiphenyl‐3‐yl]‐N0‐[4‐[3‐morpholin‐4‐ ylpropoxy]phenyl]urea; Figure 1A), a novel biphenyl urea taspine derivative, was designed and synthesized in our laboratory.20 Studies have shown that through targeting VEGFR2, TPD7 could inhibit cancer cell growth effectively.20 In this study, we sought to investigate whether TPD7 could modulate IL‐2R signalling and thus inhibit cutaneous T cell lymphoma growth. Here, IL2RA is linked to primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
