The most common grade 3/4 adverse events (>5% of patients) regardless of relationship to study drug were hyperglycemia (13.7%), fatigue (13.0%), increased aspartate aminotransferase (8.2%), increased alanine aminotransferase (8.2%), anxiety (7.5%), abdominal pain (6.2%), dyspnea (6.2%), depression (5.5%), and nausea (5.5%).
