In conclusion, our study demonstrated that GOLPH3 overexpression was positively correlated with adverse clinicopathologic features of NSCLC patients, with a tendency for poor prognosis, suggesting that GOLPH3 plays a vital role in the progression of NSCLC and may serve as a potential prognostic biomarker for NSCLC patients. Here, GOLPH3 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
