Finally, 17 genes were identified (AHNAK2, FARP1, BCL2, DRD1, FZD1, CYP1A1, TP73, NFATC2, TGFB2, ABCG2, RET, DRD2, CPT1A, PGF, FABP3, LOX, SLC47A1) as the genes related to drug susceptibility or resistance silenced by EBV infection. This evidence concerns the gene FARP1 and Epstein-Barr virus infection.
