[14] further demonstrated that miR-378 and let-7b in CD34+ EPCs of patients with ST-segment-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) were significantly upregulated, and in particular, miR-378 could promote the angiogenic capacity of CD34+ EPCs in vivo.
