To this aim, we (1) assessed the presence and phenotype of HSP-specific T-cells in RA and PsA patients and healthy donors; (2) investigated the ability of tolDC to induce a regulatory phenotype in HSP-specific T-cells, and (3) identified suitable biomarkers for the identification of tolDC-modulated T-cells that can be used for imminent clinical trials. This evidence concerns the gene HSP90B2P and rheumatoid arthritis.
