CDKN2A and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Fanconi alterations frequently co-occurred with mutations of NOTCH1, CDKN2A and polycomb repressive complex 2 genes (Fig 1E, S3 Table), genes with well-established roles in T-ALL pathogenesis [41, 42], but Fanconi-BRCA mutations were not significantly associated with specific molecular subtypes of T-ALL.
