There was clear evidence of association of both EGPA subgroups with variants at the TSLP, BCL2L11 and CDK6 loci, and suggestive evidence for BACH2, Chromosome 10, and LPP. A number of these loci have previously been shown to be associated with other autoimmune diseases, including PSC (Supplementary Table 10). This evidence concerns the gene BCL2L11 and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
