While NK-AML cells with mutated FLT3 appear to be susceptible to FLT3- and MDM2-inhibitors, in particular the FLT3 inhibitor midostaurin and the MDM2-inhibitor HDM201 [25], NK-AML cells with elevated FLT3 protein levels appear to be most susceptible to the MEK inhibitor cobimetinib and the MDM2-inhibitor idasanutlin [21].
