Moreover, mutations retrieved from previous studies (C126S and F192E [4,7,11] in the CH-domain, and in the nucleotide-binding site: G495R, G497E, K498A, D636A, E637A, Q665A, R703A, and R865A [19,21,32,33]) were also subjected to our stability change calculations (i.e., for the UPF1 protein), in order to perform comparative analysis with the cancer mutations from cBioPortal [29].
