Consistent to that, lung levels of IL 10 increased in bleomycin-treated rats (408.9 pg/mL); however, it was blocked significantly in bleomycin + TQ-PLGA-PVA-NP-treated rats (238.1 pg/mL), which supports the amelioration theory of TQ-PLGA-PVA-NPs against bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis through regulation of TGF-β1 and IL 10. This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and pulmonary fibrosis.
