ARPP19 and acute myeloid leukemia: Supportive of the independent role of ARPP19 in regulating AML relapse, Cox’s univariable analysis also revealed that ARPP19 (Table 1, p = 0.007, HR 2.87 (95% CI, 1.33 to 6.22)), EVI1 (p = 0.0005, HR 1.26 (95% CI, 1.11 to 1.44)), and SET (p = 0.035, HR 2.36 (95% CI, 1.06 to 5.25)) expressions at the diagnosis had a significant role in predicting the time to relapse.
