CKS1B and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Accordingly, when we analyzed CKS1B expression levels in various cancer types using the GENT2 public data repository (http://gent2.appex.kr/gent2/), the CKS1B expression level was significantly increased in colon, bone, brain, cervical, liver, lung, ovarian, and pancreatic cancer samples compared to normal tissue samples (Figure 1A).
