Combination of sacubitril—neprilysin inhibitor—and valsartan—angiotensin receptor inhibitor—seems to be a better option than any other drug administered in heart failure management as it affects the pathophysiology of heart failure: it prevents degradation of natriuretic peptides and inhibits RAAS at the same time (Fig. 1) [9, 12].
