EZH2 and neoplasm: In OSCC, Chen et al. (2013b) found overexpression of methyltransferases for H3K9 and H3K27 (SUV39H1 and EZH2, respectively), which has consequences for prognostics; methyltransferase for H3K9 is associated with advanced tumor stage, while higher expression of EZH2 is positively correlated with LN metastasis.
