The mechanism of the increased expression of IBSP protein in malignant tumor cells is still unclear, but the relationship between the genes and clinicopathological features indicates that the upregulation of IBSP is more common in patients with lymph node metastasis (P = 0.017), advanced clinical stage (P = 0.001), and poor survival (P < 0.001). The gene discussed is IBSP; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
