(1) the Schreiber laboratory used AT8 [to both Tau pSer202 and pThr205 (Schreiber et al., 2014) while we used pS422 and CP13 to Tau pSer422 and Tau pSer202, respectively; (2) they did not used phosphatase inhibitors that prevent post mortem phosphorylation, (3) they only used males which have more hypertension; and (4) they evaluated the cortex while we evaluated hippocampus.
