Notably, among these abnormally expressed proteins, 19 proteins were reported as kidney disease markers (Ada, Ambp, Anxa1, B2m, Camp, Col1a1, Cp, Ggt1, Glb1, Lgfbp7, Lifr, Lpl, Plau, Ptgds, S100a8, Serpinc1, Serpina3k, Tff1, and Vtn) [10–25] (Supplementary Table 3, highlight in green).
