There was a remarkable increase in CERS6‐AS1 expression in BC cells (MDA‐MB‐436, MDA‐MB‐453, MCF‐7, and MDA‐MB‐231) in comparison with that in the normal human breast cells (MCF‐10A), of which CERS6‐AS1 expression was the lowest in MDA‐MB‐231 cells and the highest in MCF‐7 cells (Figure 1D). Here, CERS6 is linked to breast cancer.
