Importantly, the levels of EZH2 did not exhibit significant correlation with either AML1-ETO expression (Supplementary Fig. 1a) or the OS and EFS survival of AML1-ETO-positive patients (Supplementary Fig. 1b) and AML patients reported in GSE689128 (Supplementary Fig. 1c).
