As mediators of intercellular communication, exosomes play a critical role in establishing the tumor microenvironment.12 in vitro studies have confirmed that exosomes obtained from lung cancer cells may activate NF‐κB‐TLR, JAK‐STAT, Fas/FasL, PI3K/AKT/GSK3β,13 and other signaling pathways.14, 15 We confirmed, through examination of clinical samples, that exosomes obtained from patients with lung cancer carry E‐cadherin. This evidence concerns the gene FASLG and lung cancer.
