TNF and stroke disorder: Thus, we performed the experiment and found that the mRNA expression of the pro-inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β, and iNOS) in ipsilateral cerebral cortex was significantly decreased and the mRNA expression of the anti-inflammatory factors (CD206, YM1/2, and Arginase 1) was increased after CBL treatment at 60 mg/kg than the stroke group (Figures 1E, F).
