An open question is whether interactions between BRG1 and factors other than E2F1/Sp1 may contribute to the regulation of lung cancer cell proliferation and migration by BRG1 because we suspect that such complex processes as cell proliferation and migration would depend on the expression of two, instead of a group of, genes (CCNB1 and LTBP2). The gene discussed is E2F1; the disease is lung carcinoma.
