Compared to negative-low levels, moderate-high levels of ASPH conferred more devastating molecular subtypes, i.e., triple negative/basal like breast cancer (TNBC) (88.5% vs. 11.5%, respectively) and HER2 amplification (100% vs. 0%, respectively), in contrast to luminal A/B (77.3% vs. 22.7%, respectively) (Fig. 6a). This evidence concerns the gene ASPH and breast carcinoma.
