In this study, we attempt to explore whether: (a) ASPH-Notch axis is involved in exosomal cell-to-cell communication; (b) ASPH-Notch signaling biologically depends on exosomal delivery and functions to initiate breast cancer progression; (c) inhibition of ASPH-Notch axis can reverse aggressive phenotypes and consequently block breast cancer pathogenesis? This evidence concerns the gene ASPH and breast carcinoma.
