Using the publicly available single-nucleotide polymorphism array data from human neuroblastoma tissues, which were originally generated by the Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments (TARGET) initiative19, we found that the lncNB1 gene was gained in six and deleted in 1 of the 341 neuroblastoma tissue samples (Supplementary Table 1), suggesting that lncNB1 gene copy number change was uncommon in neuroblastoma. This evidence concerns the gene LINC02525 and neuroblastoma.
