In TP53 wild-type breast carcinomas, RFS (HR = 1.49, 95% CI 0.97–2.28, p = 0.064), OS (HR = 2.16, 95% CI 1.1–4.23, p = 0.022) and DMFS (HR = 3.44, 95% CI 1.44–8.22, p = 0.0031) were better in patients with low-expressed SPAG5, however, the survival curves did not show a significant difference in RFS of TP53-mutated breast cancer patients (p = 0.71). Here, SPAG5 is linked to breast cancer.
