As with SP100 and TGFB3 as markers of Gleason score, the false negative rate for using LMNA positioning as a marker of non-metastatic cancer was high at 42.9% (3/7), and the false positive rate is relatively low at 8.3% (1/12) (Tables 1, 3 and 5).
