By contrast, the proportions of adaptive NK cells in MS patients did not correlate with TNFα secretion and, moreover, an inverse relation between degranulation and the proportions of FcRγ(–) and PLZF(–) CD56dim NK cells was detected (Figure 6); similar observations were found in CD56bright NK cells from MS patients (data not shown).
