While DNA repair protein mutations (http://www.informatics.jax.org/go/term/GO:0006281) did not appear as a major group of gene mutations in our OMIM analyses, further tests discovered multiple DNA repair protein mutations with shared and unique brain distribution (Table S15, fusiform gyrus showing 2-fold higher AD mutation number vs. control, paralleling doubled number of AD subjects, Fig. 1).
