TAF1 and acute myeloid leukemia: AE/TAF1 co-bound peaks at non-TSS are adjacent to genes involved in pathways in cancer and AML (Supplementary Fig. 4e) while AE unique peaks at non-TSS regions are not directly involved in these pathways (Supplementary Fig. 4f) implying the importance of the TAF1/AE complex in these pathways.
