Western blot showed that eleutheroside B reduced protein levels of RIPK1 (#p < 0.05) and RIPK3 (##p < 0.01), and reduced the level of cisplatin-induced cle-caspase-3 (#p < 0.05) in AKI, suggesting that eleutheroside B inhibited apoptosis and programmed necrosis in vivo (Figure 5E). The gene discussed is RIPK1; the disease is acute kidney injury.
