TIPE2 and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft: Figure 3 shows that the areas under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis (AUROC) of TIPE2 mRNA for the discrimination of CHB and LC was 0.523 (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.441–0.605, P > 0.05) with a sensitivity of 61.82%, a specificity of 54.64%, a positive predictive value (PPV) of 43.6% and a negative predictive value (NPV) of 71.6%, indicating that TIPE2 mRNA might not be an optimal marker for the discrimination between CHB and LC.
