It is interesting that ATX, LPAR1, and LPAR5 are higher in the immune-high tumor (Cd14-, Cd68-, Cd164-, and Cd3E-high) group, but LPAR2.3 are higher in the immune-low group [34], suggesting the complex regulatory roles of the ATX–LPA axis in the tumor–immune system interaction. This evidence concerns the gene LPAR2 and neoplasm.
