An increased expression of B7-H3 and the gene signature comprising GATA3 and galectin-3 (LGALS3) show poor prognoses of glioblastoma [20], suggesting the involvement of the lectin family and oligosaccharide-mediated cell–cell and cell–matrix interactions on the antigen-presenting cell surface in their efficiency to understand glioblastoma progression as well as brain lymphoma [49,50]. This evidence concerns the gene GATA3 and glioblastoma.
