Similarly, the optimal sensitivity and specificity obtained by movement of the cutoff value of serum FABP6, which was 347.26 pg/ml, were 83.70% (95%CI 76.7–89.3) and 58.4% (95%CI 49.2–67.1) in discriminating CRC from the normal control and PPV and NPV were 70.3% (95%CI 62.9–76.9) and 75.9% (95%CI 65.5–83.5), respectively. Here, FABP6 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
