The subcutaneous xenografts of SiHa cells with SEMA3C knockdown by transfection with lentivirus expressing SEMA3C-specific shRNA exhibited a reduced growth tendency and a smaller tumor size than the control SiHa cells (Figure 2E), indicating that interfering of with SEMA3C expression suppressed cervical cancer growth in vivo. This evidence concerns the gene SEMA3C and cervical carcinoma.
