Psoriasis is accompanied with increased serum levels of TNF-α, interferon (IFN)-γ, IL-1, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12, IL-17, IL-18 (133), IL-22 (134), chemerin, resistin (135), lipocalin-2 (LCN2) (123), soluble E-selectin (sE-selectin) (136), complement 3 (137), and decreased levels of transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) and adiponectin (133). Here, LCN2 is linked to psoriasis.
