CD4 and tuberculosis: Excluding missing values of covariates (Table S1), 1869 (62.0%) patients presented at primary care facilities, the median age and CD4 cell count were 30 (interquartile range (IQR) 25 to 37) years and 297.5 (IQR 153 to 467) cells/mm3, 921 (31.0%) were men, 1637 (54.9%) were diagnosed on the day of HIV care enrolment, 436 (14.7%) had WHO III/IV clinical staging, and 152 (5.1%) had TB.
