Additionally, the expression rate of Ki‐67 is positively correlated with the degree of tumor malignancy,36 and in our xenograft model, the rate of Ki‐67 expression in tumor tissues formed from PPP2R3A‐deficient cells was significantly lower than that of tumor tissues formed from control liver cancer cells, further suggesting that PPP2R3A enhances the malignant behavior of tumor cells by promoting their proliferation. This evidence concerns the gene PPP2R3A and neoplasm.
