The mRNA expression of GFAT1, GNPNAT1, PGM3, and UAP1 was significantly elevated in both primary carcinoma cell sets, particularly in the aggressive carcinoma cells derived from MMTV-PyVT tumors, as compared with the mammary epithelial cells (MECs) of control mice (Table 1), which was in fair agreement with the Oncomine database analysis.
