We identified a total of four differentially expressed genes (TYMS, SASH1, Cyclin B/cyclin‐dependent kinase 1 and Aurora kinase A) and two differentially expressed miRNAs (hsa‐miR‐21 and hsa‐miR‐99a) that may be involved in the pathogenesis of CIN and the progression of CIN into cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The gene discussed is CDK1; the disease is cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
