We identified a total of four differentially expressed genes (TYMS, SASH1, Cyclin B/cyclin‐dependent kinase 1 and Aurora kinase A) and two differentially expressed miRNAs (hsa‐miR‐21 and hsa‐miR‐99a) that may be involved in the pathogenesis of CIN and the progression of CIN into cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Here, AURKA is linked to cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
