In conclusion, four DEGs (TYMS, SASH1, CDK1 and AURKA) and two DEmiRNAs (hsa‐miR‐21 and hsa‐miR‐99a) may be involved in the pathogenesis of CIN and the progression of CIN into CSCC, which might contribute to developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for early‐stage CIN. Here, CDK1 is linked to cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
