In conclusion, a total of four DEGs (TYMS, SASH1, CDK1 and AURKA) and two DEmiRNAs (hsa‐miR‐21 and hsa‐miR‐99a) may be involved in the pathogenesis of CIN and the progression of CIN into CSCC. The gene discussed is SASH1; the disease is cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
