To prove tFNAs‐miR‐214‐3p could interact with the mRNA of survivin to induce apoptosis of tumour cells, we selected non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells (A549) with high expression of survivin as the therapeutic target.26, 28, 35 The cytotoxicity of tFNAs‐miR‐214‐3p was assessed through a cell counting kit‐8 (CCK‐8) assay at concentrations of 50, 125 and 150 nmol/L. The gene discussed is BIRC5; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
