Kaplan–Meier analysis of 5-year overall survival showed that DIA confirmed the association between a low CDX2 expression and a poor prognosis (Allred: HR 1.27, 95% CI 0.89–1.83, P = 0.19; DIA: HR 1.43, CI 1.02–2.01, P = 0.039; n = 589; Fig. 6; patient characteristics Table 1), as well as recapitulating the strong prognostic value of CDX2 in stage IV colorectal cancer (Fig. S7) [13]. This evidence concerns the gene CDX2 and colorectal cancer.
