Regarding the safety profile, the incidence of all-grade AEs, including rash, diarrhea, epistaxis, and mucosal inflammation, was significantly higher among HER2+ patients treated with H + P than among those treated with H. Interestingly, a downward trend in the incidence of myalgia was observed (OR = 0.91; 95% CI, 0.82–1.01; P = 0.072) (Fig. 5). Here, ERBB2 is linked to epistaxis.
