GOLM1 and cryohydrocytosis: Our primary result showed that serum GP73 levels were dramatically elevated in chronic HCV patients compared with healthy controls (Figure 1(a)) and increased quantitatively in a stepwise manner in patients from precirrhotic CHC to CLC and to DLC (Figure 1(b)), as well as the increase in Child-Pugh classification scores reflecting the status of liver injury and residual function (Figure 1(c)).
