[10] showed that melanoma-bearing mice treated with the selective A2BAR agonist BAY60-6583 had increased melanoma growth, which was associated with higher levels of immune regulatory mediators IL-10 and monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 and accumulation of tumor-associated CD11b+ and Gr1+ cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. Here, CCL2 is linked to melanoma.
