Other cell morphological characteristics similar to those we observed during our study are associated to cytoskeleton perturbation such as the chained cell formation in yeast [35] or such cytoplasmic extensions in breast cancer cells over-expressing the guanine nucleotide releasing factor (C3G) [36] or treated with the suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA) antineoplastic drug [37]. This evidence concerns the gene SOS2 and breast carcinoma.
